All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via listed payment methods, e.g., cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Prices are listed in Dirhams (AED) and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including product unavailability or pricing errors.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 48 hours of purchase, provided that:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided.

After 48 hours, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Floral, Custom, or special-order items are non-returnable.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Orders can be delivered or picked up as agreed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. While we strive to offer same-day or next-day delivery for certain products, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

All brand names, logos, and materials from Timeless Ventures are our property and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Timeless Ventures is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.
